The International Institute for Productivity and Proficiency is committed to pioneering excellence in productivity, proficiency, public service administration and management education globally, configured to meet the demands of international members and clientele.
IIPP is novelty institute established March 2025, and inaugurated in Nigeria West Africa, at the Sam Momah Foundation and Reading Conference Centre, University of Lagos, Nigeria. Established under the purview of the C.A.M Decree of 1990 with registration nos: RC 830922.

In brief Productivity and Proficiency is today’s ultimately the most fundamental in academic work study and scholarship. Practically the state and quality of being productive, the ingenuity you convey to create, procreate, the efficiency expressed in the rendering of services, which could be subjected to evaluation in both public and private sectors of the economy and most importantly pivotal in virtually all human activities.
Productivity and Proficiency syllabus is wide, all encompassing and unlimited. Productivity and Proficiency ultimately culminate into accelerated development, prosperity and accomplishment for individuals, careers, society, organizations and nations, while lack or non productivity and proficiency gives birth to: poverty, stagnancy, unemployment and ultimately doom.

We are primarily funded with the aid of the following:
- Membership fees
- Training program participation fees
- Research grant
- Sponsorship from fellows, Individuals, corporate and government establishments who recognize the value of our research and programs of strategic relevance.
- Consultancy & Partnerships
- Certifications
QUALIFICATION
Individuals who currently occupy supervisory, directorate or leadership positions in the public or private sectors, academia or armed forces are admitted into membership of the Institute.
How ever, possession of a University degree, equivalent professional qualifications, and membership of other professional bodies is an advantage.

Qualification for membership is open to professionals currently in supervisory, managerial, or directorate positions in various sectors, with possession of a university degree or equivalent professional qualification being advantageous. Similarly there is window for student membership as spelt out by the governing council of the Institute.
